While this film is good in regards to story telling, I can't separate how it seems like they are trying too hard to make a decent film. Best performance by stone also even though I'm no fan of hers. Joe Pesci does not intimidate me at all and the violence involving Pesci was unintentionally hilarious. The opening sequence reminded me of the opening sequence from Spy Hard. Also not a fan of the constant narration.
